“ Barrett was granted a wish to Gulf Shores, Alabama; he had been wanting to go to the beach for sometime and what a great experience The Dream Connection was able to provide him for the week of his birthday!! We got to stay at The Beach Club, which was an all inclusive resort right on the beach. Barrett got to go on a Dolphin Cruise and a fishing trip was planned but was canceled due to a death in the Captain’s family. On his birthday, Barrett got to go to the Gulf Coast Zoo and he also received a birthday cake from a local bakery. Barrett’s brother Wyatt also has Duchenne Muscular Dustrophy and he was provided with a beach wheelchair while we were on this trip. We are thankful for this opportunity that The Dream Connection provided for our family. We were able to rest and enjoy a vacation not having to worry and make sure we had all of the boys needs covered while we were on a vacation!!”
