Cooper Stansbury, age 4, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in Nov 2019. He had resection surgery to remove the original mass, conquered 5 rounds of chemotherapy, 2 stem cell transplants, 14 days of proton therapy, and is now undergoing 6 rounds of immunotherapy.
Cooper’s scans are clear — praise! — but he will complete treatment to reduce the risk of relapse. He is your typical four-year-old that loves baseball, water skiing, going on adventures, and being the best big brother to twins — Colt and Sophia!
“A trip to Give Kids the World would be such a breath of fresh air for Cooper.”
A trip to Give Kids the World would be such a breath of fresh air for Cooper. After many long hospital stays, hard treatments, and missing out on school, birthdays, and other events, a trip like this will give Cooper the chance to really be a kid!! Cooper has been such an inspiration to family, friends, and the Knoxville community. His resilience and determination is unmatched. We are so proud of him!
