Garrison is a bright, energetic, polite young man. Before being diagnosed with ALS he played Baseball and Basketball at Alcoa High School in Alcoa, Tennessee. It has been devastating for him and his family to witness the deterioration of Garrison’s muscles. He had hopes and dreams of playing college ball which has now been put on hold as he receives aggressive treatment.
Garrison’s dream is to hang out with YouTube star Kai Cenat. Not only is Garrison entertained by the hilarious antics of Kai but he is moved and inspired by his love of life, his interaction with those in need, and his drive to make life better for those around him. Garrison would love to be a part of helping Kai make someone’s life a little better.
The Dream Connection, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides “once-in-a-lifetime dreams” for East Tennessee children between the ages of 3 and 18, with life-threatening or chronically debilitating illnesses. We direct 100% of contributions to fulfilling the dreams of the children we serve by avoiding traditional overhead expenses. The Dream Connection is operated solely by a volunteer board of directors, advisory board and other concerned citizens. Each donates time and effort to make dreams come true for these special children. Funds are raised through individuals or businesses which sponsor a specific dream, tax deductible contributions or donated items for our dreams and auctions.
