Once in a lifetime Dream

JoJo Trees was diagnosed with cancer barely a year ago—which torpedoed his plans to study aeronautics engineering in a Florida college.  When his Dream Connection captains met him shortly after, he really had no idea for a dream, he was so focused on fighting cancer.  But THEN….his creative spirit kicked back in.  He called to say he would love to travel with his dad to watch the Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race.  This is an absolutely crazy motorcycle race held in the streets of the Isle of Man since 1907.  JoJo and his father have watched this together for years.

Thanks to the support of the UT Chi Omega Sorority and MotoSports Travel http://www.motosportstravel.com, JoJo is enjoying something more fun than surgery and chemotherapy!  The mission of this organization is realized in Jojo’s thank you note:

Dear Dream Connection Team, I just wanted to write a quick thank you for everything. My trip was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! Words cannot describe the feeling of watching the races on the Isle of Man, something I have been dreaming about for a long time. The past year of my life has been a crazy rollercoaster of highs and lows, from being diagnosed with cancer and not being able to attend college for a year, to eventually beating it and going on this amazing adventure. I don’t think I will ever be able to express how much I genuinely appreciate everything you all have done for me and my Dad. I know this wasn’t the easiest… but I want to sincerely thank you all for everything, this was truly a life changing experience that I will never forget.

Thank You Again,

Jojo Trees
